1. Receiving, seal examination and registration regarding cases of disbursement to agencies and schools
2. Verifying paying certificates, and signing and issuing Municipal Treasury checks

4. Compiling and providing detailed lists of city government employees’ wages
5. Managing income tax returns
6. Managing the revenue/expenditure of the public treasury account
7. Selling bid tickets for property and labor service purchases.

| Local Financial Institutions Division |
1. Guiding and Assisting business operations of credit co-operatives, credit departments of farmers' associations and credit departments of fisherman’s associations
2. Supervising and checking general affairs of credit co-operatives.
3. Managing applications of establishment, modification, mergence, dismissal, moving, and dissolving of headquarters and branches of credit co-operatives, credit departments of farmers' associations and credit departments of fisherman’s associations
4. Attending credit co-operatives statutory meetings
5. Guiding and assisting credit co-operatives to follow regulations regarding the elections of co-operative representatives, supervisors, and chairpersons.
6. Follow-ups and supervision regarding matters for improvement in local financial agencies inspected by the Financial Supervisory Commission in the Executive Yuan.
7. Checking and verifying liquid assets of credit co-operatives, credit departments of farmers' associations and credit departments of fisherman’s associations
8. Examining and verifying credentials of directors and internal auditors at both the headquarters and branches of credit departments of farmers' associations and fisherman’s associations
9. Issuing registration forms of change and certificates of logos
10. Managing the renewal and transferring of credit co-operative operating licenses, and operating permits of credit departments of farmers' associations and credit departments of fisherman’s associations
11. Checking and gathering statistics in the financial management and public work reports presented by credit co-operatives, credit departments of farmers' associations and credit departments of fisherman’s associations
12. Assisting and guiding credit co-operatives to transform/merge into commercial banks.
13. Managing financial/ insurance products and matters concerning consumer protection in the city. |

| I. Supervising the management of public assets in municipal agencies and schools |
1. Studying and formulating policies, laws and work flows regarding property management
2. Checking agencies and schools in their usage and management of movable property and real estate on a regular/irregular basis.
3. Reviewing and checking reports of abandoned assets regarding movable property and real estate of agencies and schools.
4. Reviewing and checking property reports and catalogs of total assets of agencies and schools.
5. Checking and reviewing matters regarding the transference of administrative duties from the former department head of agencies and schools.
6. Promoting the establishment of an information system of municipal property management. |

| Tobacco and Alcohol Division |
1. Organizing meetings of supervisory units for the handling of tobacco and alcohol-related products
2. Managing and examining tobacco and alcohol-related business. and implementing related plans
3. Receiving applications from tobacco and alcohol vendors and providing inquiry services.
4. Compiling and submitting tables, forms and reports regarding tobacco and alcohol business.
5. Handling reports on tobacco and alcohol matters.
6. Managing data of vendors related to tobacco and alcohol business in the city
7. Managing and investigating un-denatured ethyl alcohol businesses in the city
8. Leasing and managing warehouses for smuggled goods.
9. Delivering, managing and destroying seized goods in accordance with regulations.
10. Placing administrative disciplinary actions on seized tobacco and alcohol cases in violation of regulations/ laws or assisting in the process of criminal cases.
11. Applying, checking and giving reward incentives for seized tobacco and alcohol cases in violation of regulations/ laws.
12. Urgent reporting on major accidents resulting from drinking privately-brewed or inferior alcohol and related matters. |
