Fulong beach is probably the best-known swimming beach in Northern Taiwan. The coast is divided by the Shuangxi River. A suspension bridge connects the inner river and the outer sea. Standing on the bridge, visitors might have the illusion that they are looking at the end of the ocean. Famous for the soft sand and open beach, the beach is a perfect place for swimming, making sand castles, sailing and canoeing.
