Prince Hotel, a building with exquisite style and carving, was built with the finest redwood. No iron nail was used. The elegant Japanese-style hotel has a Japanese garden, a golf course and a practice archery range. The hotel looks very charming when you see it hidden in the thick forest.

　　 After the restoration of Taiwan, the Prince Hotel was taken over by Taiwan Metal and Mining Company and later by Taiwan Power Company, which is responsible for maintenance and management. The hotel is not open to the public.
